A plastic spacer is required for inside mounting.

Important Facts: - 1/2-inch Industry Standard: Each blind is compliant with the 1/2-inch deduction, meaning you will receive a blind that is 1/2-inch shorter than what you ordered. - Ordering Inside Mount: For an inside mount, order the EXACT width of your window to receive a blind 1/2-inch shorter for space in the window frame. - Ordering Outside Mount: For an outside mount, add three inches to your window width to receive a blind 1/2-inch shorter than what you ordered, resulting in a 1.25-inch overlay on each side of the window opening. - 2-inch Slats: The blinds have 2-inch slats made of PVC material, lighter weight compared to 2” Faux Wood blinds, and providing added privacy with slats that curl under.
